We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges:
- Process customer orders from initial order entry to dispatch
- Organizing national and international orders
- Main contact person for various carriers
- Maintain customer as well as article master data in our ERP system (SelectLine)
- Ensuring smooth movement of products in accordance with customs laws
- Prepare all shipping, freight, and customs papers, and monitor export certificates
- General administrative work
Your personal attributes:
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Knowledge in export business is advantageous
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German, and excellent written and spoken English skills
- Dependable, autonomous, and systematic approach to work
- Committed, friendly personality and able to work in a team
