DST - Dynamic Shockwave Technology: powerful actuator principle
DST - VERMES’s patented revolutionary volumetric actuator principle focused on optimizing actuator yield, enabling stable dispensing across a wide viscosity range (from aqueous solutions to solder pastes and hot melt). The DST system series, specifically the MDS 1560, is designed for reliable solder-paste jetting (Type-5 and onwards) and achieves a consistent droplet formation while reducing plugging/clogging of the nozzle during applications.

Piezo based Technology: piezoelectric for high precision jetting
Piezoelectric technology, an actuator principle, converts electrical signals into ultra-fast, precise mechanical motion, allowing our systems to deliver the highest frequency valve operation. This enables our valves to dispense repeatable dots of media ranging from low - to high viscosity, even particle-filled fluids.

PX2 — Piezo Xtreme 2: next-level piezo jetting
Piezo Xtreme 2 (PX2) is VERMES’ latest encapsulated piezo actuator platform engineered for extreme stability, high stroke, and long lifetime in heavy-duty applications. PX2-powered MDS systems (e.g., MDS 3500, MDS 305x, MDS 308x series) combine high-frequency capabilities with frame technology that resists thermal expansion and environmental stress, making them ideal where constant dot size and ultra-high repeatability are essential.
