With more than two decades of experience, Stefan Hirte is deeply rooted in the world of microdispensing technology. Having conducted thousands of dispensing trials, he has gained unrivalled expertise in developing innovative solutions for even the most complex customer requirements and challenging media. Stefan’s career is closely linked to VERMES, where he advanced from technical expert to visionary leader. 
His leadership is not only about driving technological progress but also about creating a working culture in which people can thrive and teams can grow together.
