Micro Dispensing Valve - MDV 3200F

The Microdispensing valve MDV 3200F is a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low to high viscous media with up to 2.000.000 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy. At maximum level (Depending upon application and media), even a dispensing frequency of more than 3.000 Hz is possible. The valve works in the „normally open mode“. This conserves the piezo, since there is no voltage while non-operative.

The MDV 3200F is fitted with the MNL screw, which invokes a mechanical limiting of the needle lift. Because of this, the valve is exceptionally powerful and allows the dispensing of very small dots of down to 0,3 nl.

Software enhanced parameter finding combined with the new control unit MDC 3200⁺ guarantees the reproducibility of dispensing results and uncomplicated operation by the user. This is even true for systems in parallel assignment. The electronic control unit enables change of dispensing parameters without delay.
