APPLICATION ENGINEER - TECHNICAL SUPPORT (M/F/D)

We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges:
- Analysis of customer's micro dispensing application
- Individual application evaluation, and resolving dispensing issues
- Interaction with customers to resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to Key Sales Accounts in acquisition of major projects
- Pre and post sales assistance in responding to customer queries regarding dispensing application
- Creating training materials and conducting product training for customers and partners
- Create test and service reports
- Supporting local and international clientele on-site as well as at events/trade fairs
Your personal attributes:
- Relevant university degree or completed professional training, preferably in the technical field
- Great affinity for technical processes and contexts
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in dealing with customers, independent and goal-oriented
- Proficient in handling of MS Office
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-disciplinary cooperation
- Willingness to travel and possess class B driving license
