We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.

Your challenges:

Your focus will be on firmware, where you and your colleague will work with the new generation of hardware to optimize the firmware design. We continuously work to improve our products and expand our portfolio of sophisticated systems, including hardware, mechanics, and software. With your determination and qualification, the position as a group leader is also available. Amongst other, your tasks include:

  • Development of our new firmware-based micro dispensing units
  • Analysis of requirements on the basis of specifications and necessary documents
  • Development of concepts and solution proposals for electronic and technical tasks and projects
  • Development, optimisation and testing of program routines for controlling micro-dosing valves as well as implementation of new ideas
  • Creation and maintenance of development documentation
  • Selection of microprocessors and peripheral elements for electronic projects
  • Cooperation with the electronics department for optimal utilisation of the existing hardware

Your personal attributes:

  • Completed studies in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering or similar, alternatively several years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience in the field of hardware-related software development (C as programming language)
  • Possession of very good knowledge in control and regulation technology
  • Familiar with the handling of electronic measuring equipment
  • Good knowledge of the version control systems GIT and SVN
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS) and common microcontroller peripherals (I²C, SPI, CAN, UART, Timer, etc.)
  • First-hand experience with unit tests, script languages and build systems (Make)
  • Independent, proactive, interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Good German and English skills is a plus
