APPLICATION ENGINEER - TECHNICAL SUPPORT (M/F/D)

We are growing and expanding in Malaysia and South East Asia. Therefore, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Production Manager for our office located at Butterworth, Penang.
Your challenges:
- Application analysis of customer applications in microdispensing
- Individual application tests and solution of dosing problems
- Technical support for Key Account Sales in the acquisition of major projects
- Pre- and post-sales support in answering customer inquiries from the dosing application
- Create training materials and provide product training for customers and partners
- Create test- and service reports
- Support of international customers based on site and at events/trade fairs

Your personal attributes:
- University degree or completed professional training, preferably in the technical field
- Great affinity for technical processes and contexts
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with customers, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills and interest in working together in international teams
- Willingness to travel and a driving license class B
