TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (M/F/D)

Today, the company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative microdispensing concepts and solutions. Contact free dispensing of viscous media droplets with precision in the micro, nano, and sub-nano liter range at the highest frequencies is our specialty. Our high precision microdispensing valves support modern manufacturing processes across the globe, e.g., for smartphones, TV displays, semiconductors, pharmacology, LED, automotive, SMT, and many other electronic devices.
We are growing and expanding in Japan. Therefore, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Technical Support Engineer in Tokyo.
Your challenges:
- Application analysis of customer applications in microdispensing
- Individual application tests and solution of dosing problems
- Technical support for Key Account Sales in the acquisition of major projects
- Pre- and post-sales support in answering customer inquiries from the dosing application
- Create training materials and provide product training for customers and partners
- Create test- and service reports
- Support of international customers based on site and at events/trade fairs

Your personal attributes:
- University degree or completed professional training, preferably in the technical field
- Several years of experience in Microdispensing industry
- Great affinity for technical processes and contexts
- Good spoken and written English skills and good knowledge of Japanese Language
- Experience in dealing with customers, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills and interest in working together in international teams
- Willingness to travel and a driving license
