Technical Sales Manager


As an experienced sales manager you successfully accompany our project business. Selling the VERMES microdispensing product range to our top enterprise accounts and acquiring new clients is part of your daily business:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new customers and expand the reach with existing customers in the South-East-Asian market
  • Analyze the microdispensing market in the region and propose sales strategies and concepts
  • Set-up and maintain relationships with customers/partners and provide relevant technical recommendations and solutions to customers’ needs
  • Master the features and benefits of our microdispensing systems in order to demonstrate technical solutions , and deliver crisp value propositions to our customers’ requirements
  • Manage the entire sales-cycle including regular customer on-site visits, organization of application tests, generating offers via our CRM system, final sales closure and post-sales and follow-up activities
  • Effectively utilize sales resources including our engineers in Germany and China, channel partners & direct marketing tools
  • Represent the company at national sales events and exhibitions



  • Technical or Business Degree or relevant sales experience
  • Solid track record in solution selling
  • Experience in dispensing and/or PCB industry preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel regionally and occasionally to Europe and China
  • Proficient/PC literate, Email, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently in a start-up environment
  • Evidence of relationship building skills
