The VERMES Microdispensing systems are based on state-of-the-art piezo technology, which is at the heart of all our systems. The product range comprises of fast valve modules with electronic controllers that can solve challenging micro dispensing tasks. The systems are designed for easy handling and maximum adaptability in order to enable a vast variety of dispensing requirements.

A suitable solution for each individual application

The decision for a VERMES Microdispensing system does not only mean the utmost precision, innovation, efficiency and cost saving in your production but also convinces with a comprehensive and complete range of products and service tools tailored to each individual application.

A series of systems perform high to highest viscosity applications for media up to 2 000 000 mPas:

  • Micro Dispensing System - MDS 3280
    for ultra-precise dispensing with advanced "Bayonet Fluid Box Body" and integrated heater
  • Micro Dispensing System - MDS 3250+
    for highest viscous media with Top-Adjust for quick configuration
  • Micro Dispensing System - MDS 3200+
    for high viscous media, production proven design

 

Solutions for low to medium viscosity applications include:

  • Micro Dispensing System - MDS 3010A
    for low viscous media up to ca. 300 mPas
  • Micro Dispensing System - MDS 3020A
    for low and medium viscous media up to
    ca. 8 000 mPas

 

Contactless dispensing with a jet valve allows it to work without problems in cavities, grooves and on irregular surfaces. The modular design of the valve allows user defined configurations for various applications. The exchange can be made by the customer on-site. You can choose components from several different materials which allows for virtually unlimited media compatibility. At the same time the system is easy to clean.

Other variants of the VERMES Micro Dispensing Valves, e.g. the option of air cooling for high-speed manufactoring processes, further expand the configuration possibilities of the MDS 3000 family.
