MDS 3200A

State-of-the-art dispensing technology: the piezo valve MDS 3200A

The piezo valve MDS 3200A is being used for medium- and high-viscosity fluids. There are numerous industrial applications in semiconductor and LED back-end manufacturing as well as in special solutions for many industrial areas, e.g. white goods or the clock and watch industry.

 

Among the typical media are filled and unfilled silicones and epoxy resins but also conductive pastes and adhesives, SMT adhesives as well as medium- to high-viscosity oils and greases.
